  • January Announcements
    1. Coffee Hour-Special Treat: Sunday, January 5th we will be celebrating the Feast of the Epiphany with a special treat, an Epiphany Cake. Not sure what it is…join us after the service for coffee, tea and treats to find out.

    1. Annual Pledge Drive: Though our ‘Pledge Drive’ is officially over, we continue to welcome financial pledges of any amount to support St. Luke’s ministry during 2020. Pledge cards are on the table at the entrance to the sanctuary and when completed can be placed in the Collection Plate.

We also invite you to consider how you might deepen your sense of belonging to the St. Luke’s family through participation in our various ministries. In particular we are hoping people will step forward to join our Altar Guild Team, participate in the service as a reader (lector), LEM (Lay Eucharistic Minister) or Sunday School Teacher. We are also looking for people who would be interested in joining the Mission Committee (Lay Leadership Team) and/or representing St. Luke’s as a delegate at the annual diocesan convention in November.

Check out Servants  and Christian Education tab at top of page for more information of ways to be of service.

Please speak to one of our clergy or Mission Committee members if you are interested or want to know more about any other opportunity to serve.

Annual Meeting: Please mark your calendars for the Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 26th, when we will recognize with gratitude St. Luke’s 2019 Lay Leaders (Mission Committee) and Volunteers, elect new leaders and adopt the budget for 2020. After a short business meeting, we will adjourn to the Parish Hall for a celebratory pot-luck luncheon. .
